Regional Sales Manager
Corona, CA
Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager develops and maintains an assigned Energy Systems sales territory in Orange County. The Regional Sales Manager has the responsibility to develop and execute a territory management plan that can encompass reactive (bid market) and/or proactive (negotiated business) relationships to grow and achieve territory sales objectives. This role acts as the primary customer contact and territory owner; building and managing relationships, executing on new growth strategies and capturing market share.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes territory management plan.
- Develops new customer accounts.
- Strengthens account relationships to grow product sales.
- Conducts market research, analyzing competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Acts as primary sales resource to customers and facilitates successful project outcomes.
- Works with clients to develop programs and promotional opportunities to increase sales.
- Manages information to key internal personnel from customer systems.
- Manages key sales activity and opportunity information in CRM/ERP
- Communicates routinely with the Sales Leader
- Provides voice of the customer feedback
- Maintains and grows knowledge of product offerings and value proposition.
- Provides feedback and recommendations on processes to improve profitability and the customer experience.
- Engages with marketing resources to introduce new products and programs to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Special assignments as directed by the sales leadership team
- Other Duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 or more years of successful sales territory development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Successful solution sales and/or contractor sales experience
- 7+ years successful solution sales and/or contractor sales experience
- Previous trade experience, experience in the power generation or installed equipment industries preferred

- Sales Acumen-Demonstrated knowledge and ability to execute a territory management strategy, sales discipline and sales best practices.

Compensation: Energy Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Total Target Comp is $150,000k-$300,000k uncapped. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives. Account Manager II
Corona, CA
Job Summary: The Account Manager II oversees assigned Generac accounts and associated support organizations in Southern California. The Account Manager II has the responsibility to develop short- and long-range goals for assigned accounts and lead Generac clients to achieve objectives. This role acts as the primary corporate contact to manage relationships, execute new growth strategies, integrate field efforts, and uphold margins with key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conducts market research, analyzing competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Develops tactical sales plan with short- and long-range objectives for assigned account sales.
- Evaluates and improves internal and external processes.
- Drives field sales agents to optimize performance through the creating of business plans that can be executed to provide high customer value.
- Works with Marketing to introduce new products and programs to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Acts as primary contact for customer contacts and expedites identified issues.
- Develops new customers.
- Works with clients to develop sales and promotional opportunities to generate revenue.
- Develops and provides product knowledge training to all levels of management and sales agents.
- Manages information to key internal personnel from customer systems.
- Creates and presents channel specific programs and promotions to key accounts and decision makers to increase sales.
- Manages projects to improve new sales opportunities or expand upon current accounts.
- Manages product line reviews (PLRs).
- Strengthens account relationships to grow sales of existing and new products.
- Communicates routinely with National Account Manager.
- Facilitates routine communications between the account and supporting dealer network for installations and aftermarket services.
- Develops and maintains potential customer targets, updating routinely
- Keep updated on online product offerings and general content.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years retail account experience in sales or marketing
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Compensation: Energy Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary for this role based in California is $71,800.00 – $107,700.00 USD Annual . This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
