Service Coordinator
Stockton, CA
Job Summary: The Service Coordinator position will be responsible for creating work orders, answering incoming service calls, quoting recommended service repairs, assisting with the job calendar, tech schedules, invoicing of service jobs and managing overall administrative workflow for the Service Department. These functions require electronic management of parts using company business systems. In addition, this position requires supporting other parts personnel as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating work orders, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with the scheduling of technicians
- Process completed work orders while monitoring GP goals
- Following up on quoted service repair jobs and recommended repairs
- Support of other Service departmental roles on an as needed basis
- Required to support the parts and sales department as needed for to provide excellent customer service
- Other Duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Work Experience:
2 years of administrative experience in a service-related business
2 years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service
