Job Summary:The HVAC Technician will perform field service maintenance and emergency repairs on telecommunication and data center HVAC equipment. The equipment consists of Marvair and Bard wall mount units, Carrier, Trane, Goodman residential split systems, McLean outside cabinet units and outside air economizer systems.

Job Summary: The Power Electronics Technician provides field service of Data Center support equipment, including UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Systems, Inverters, Batteries, Power Distribution Equipment, and Monitoring Systems. The Power Electronics Technician conducts routine preventative maintenance, emergency service, diagnosis and repair to systems and equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide battery and equipment replacement when necessary.
- Perform Quality Control and Site Inspections.
- Analyze test data and recognize deviation from acceptable values.
- Manage company assets, control personal inventory, and upload all field activity reports.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of an assigned task and see it through to completion.
- Responsible for meeting annual goals set forth by Management (utilization, work completion, etc.).
- Provide ongoing customer support and meet customer service requirements.
- Extensive daily travel with an independent work structure.
- Work varied shifts to support our 7/24/365-day operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and serve on a rotating on-call team to respond to emergency calls.

Service Sales Representative HVAC

Job Summary: The Service Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting, selling, and renewing HVAC service contracts, and repair solutions. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored HVAC service solutions that generally promotes Energy Systems as the primary source for aftermarket parts and service of HVAC equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for HVAC service agreements and equipment upgrades.
Selling new HVAC unit installations
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Conduct site visits to assess equipment conditions and present service recommendations.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations to decision-makers.
Build and maintain long term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Provide timely follow up on proposals, contracts, and inquiries.
Ensure smooth transition from sales to service delivery teams.
Stay informed on HVAC products, services, and industry trends to effectively present solutions.

Rental Coordinator

Job Summary: The Rental Coordinator will support internal and external customers by maintaining, coordinating, and scheduling the rental fleet. These functions require electronic management of rental units using company business systems as well as keeping the rental area clean and stocked.
