Senior Inside Sales Representative
Fife, WA
Job Summary: The Senior Inside Sales Representative is responsible for taking a consultative approach to sales to develop accounts and manage a sales territory through cold calling and relationship building. The focus is to grow a portfolio of repeat customers across the United States and providing exceptional customer service. The Senior Inside Sales Representative also contributes to the effectiveness of the overall team by seeking efficiencies, creating new reports or standardized outputs to improve business processes, providing mentoring to newer team members, and serving on rotational assignments to assist other aspects of the business.

Service Coordinator
Fife, WA
Job Summary: With an ongoing tradition of providing excellent products and outstanding service for our customers, Energy Systems is one of the longest existing Generac Industrial Distributors in the United States. We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals. The Service Coordinator I position will be responsible for creating jobs, answering incoming service calls, dispatching the technicians, maintaining the job calendar (tech schedules), and managing overall administrative workflow for the Service Department.
These functions require electronic management of service jobs using company business systems. In addition, this position requires supporting other personnel as needed. This position will report to the Branch Manager.
Major Responsibilities
- Creating jobs, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with the scheduling of technicians
- Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs with customers
- Use specific customer portals as needed to manage all open work orders
- Tracking open jobs and seeing them through to completion
- Meeting with the service operations team regularly
- Support of other Service departmental roles on an as-needed basis
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Work Experience
- One to three years of administrative experience in a service-related business
- One to three years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Territory Sales

Job Summary: The Territory Sales Rep develops and maintains an assigned Energy Systems sales territory. The Territory Sales Rep has the responsibility to develop and execute a territory management plan that can encompass reactive (bid market) and/or proactive (negotiated business) relationships to grow and achieve territory sales objectives. This role acts as the primary customer contact and territory owner; building and managing relationships, executing on new growth strategies and capturing market share.
**This position will be covering the Washington State territory, so the ideal candidate will live in the state of Washington*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes territory management plan.
- Develops new customer accounts.
- Strengthens account relationships to grow product sales.
- Conducts market research, analyzing competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
