Field Service Electrician

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for performing electrical work within the state of WA including but not limited to: connection/disconnection of load bank cables to generators, filing for electrical permits, performing generator preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical issues with generators and transfer switches.

Service Coordinator
Fife, WA
Job Summary: The Service Coordinator position will be responsible for creating work orders, answering incoming service calls, quoting troubleshoot requests, work closely with salesperson(s) to ensure proper paperwork is completed to set up the job correctly (ie. form of payment), daily dispatching of technicians, reviewing jobs daily to ensure tech notes, time and appropriate checklists are completed and ready to invoice, work with parts personnel to ensure parts are in stock before scheduling the job, and managing overall administrative workflow for the Service Department. These functions require electronic management of parts using company business systems. In addition, this position requires supporting other parts personnel as needed.
