Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist III
Corona, CA
Job Summary: The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist III is responsible for the day-to-day environmental, health and safety functions at multiple sites across our west coast operations. This includes, but is not limited to, implementing worksite practices and training programs across the organization in partnership with the safety manager, operational management and employees that result in practical and sustainable safety initiatives and programs. This includes, but is not limited to, implementing the organization’s safety program, working with personnel to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, monitoring the facility and processes for adherence to OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other state or local regulations and guidelines.
Additionally, this role is responsible for the elimination of industrial incidents, conducting environmental monitoring and reporting, assisting with environmental permit applications, and assisting with internal EHS audits for the organization. This position works closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization and is a leader for the pursuit of zero incidents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
- Serve as the primary hazardous waste SME, leading efforts to reduce hazardous waste and implement recycling programs.
- Manage and perform the planning, training, inspection, reporting and recordkeeping requirements for all environmental and safety compliance programs.
- Manage 3rd Party Vendor Portals such as ISNetworld, Avetta, PEC and Brownz
Supporting Strategic Initiatives
- Provide engaging environmental, health, and safety leadership to the facility employees.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend weekly safety-related toolbox talks and monthly Safety Committees meetings.
- Act as the facility champion for the EHS Drive to Zero programs.
Worksite Analysis
- Conduct facility audits and field observations to be used to ensure that consistent, best-in-class results and compliance are followed to enable operational excellence.
- Prepare reports of findings with recommendations for corrective action.
- Conduct and document monthly facility inspections of hazardous waste accumulation/chemical storage areas.
- Perform Job Safety Analysis (JHA), Site Specific Safety Plans and lead actions for controls and countermeasures.

Job Summary: The Parts Delivery Specialist performs driving, material handling, and inventory coordinating duties to ensure that all materials received, issued, and shipped out of the organization are completed at maximum productivity and efficiency. This position performs inventory control, order staging, and material requisitioning and ensures proper storage and maintenance of all direct and indirect materials. The Parts Delivery Specialist also ensures that materials are placed in their proper locations and are available for issue when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily kitting by picking inventory against kit list requirements from service delivery schedules.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify packing slips and goods received against purchase orders.
- Reconcile all discrepancies with purchasing immediately.

- Store materials in system-designated locations or areas for maximum inventory control and accountability.

- Document and ship oil/fuel/coolant samples to the test lab.
- Travel in company vehicles to remote warehouse storage sites (during normal work hours) to perform monthly cycle counts and organize stockrooms.

- This is a cross-functional position, and the employee must be willing and able to rotate to other parts of the team or fulfill other requirements when necessary.
