Job Summary: A Master Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site and phone troubleshooting, repair, equipment modifications, installation, and sales support of Generac industrial products. You will mentor, train and assist in the development of all technicians at Energy Systems. This position will require up to 50% travel.

Job Summary:The Parts Specialist II position will be responsible for exercising their skills in the warehouse along with parts and sales department all while providing support to the Service Teams. Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for taking technician recommendations, gauging them for plausibility, and following up promptly. The inside sales representative is responsible for working cross-functionally to develop customer proposals. This person owns the service repair proposal process from start to finish by guiding the customer through the repair process and offering the most effective solution to the problem. The inside sales representative should follow up on all active proposals promptly.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Act as the direct point of contact to the customer for all plant down, Level 1 recommendations within 3 hours.
- Act as the direct point of contact to the customer for all unit down, Level 2, and 3 recommendations within 12 hours.
- Act as the direct point of contact for the customer for all other technician recommendations within 24 hours.
- Ensure all service repair proposals meet the minimum expected margins.
- Foster and maintain a professional relationship with the operations team, service supervisors, and technicians to ensure high customer service and communication when supporting recommendations.
- Ensure all sales follow-up activities occur within 2 business days of the initial proposal.
- Own the sales cycle process from recommendations on the dashboard to handoff to Service Operations. This includes the necessary follow-up with all stakeholders.
- As assigned by the Branch Manager, capture upselling and cross-selling opportunities that include, but aren’t limited to the following, remote monitoring, rentals, load bank testing, fuel polishing, fluid sampling, or maintenance solutions.
