Job Summary: The Parts Specialist II position is responsible for exercising their skills in the warehouse along with parts and sales department all while providing support to the Service Teams. Job Summary: The Manager Aftermarket Sales & Rentals position is responsible for leading the aftermarket sales and rental departments in their assigned territories. This includes management of workflow and oversight of people, growth and overall performance. - Partner with operations leadership to ensure overall GP goals for agreement pricing are maintained
- Weekly and monthly reporting of team and personal sales metrics
- Development of Sales strategies and marketing campaigns for Aftermarket Sales Team
- Develop costs of Aftermarket and Rental operations and manage to budget
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of generator system technology, including competitive industries
- Support of other Service departmental roles on an as needed basis
- Work with VP/GM of operations and new equipment sales to establish and execute effective sales strategies and programs aimed at driving customer satisfaction, attachment rate, sales growth, product service, optimizing distribution channels, pricing, and personnel development programs (including training, representative/customer meetings, marketing campaigns)
- Support contract negotiations according to company processes
- Partner with service operations leadership team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals are communicated as part of the sales KPIs
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business

Service Coordinator Lead

Job Summary: The Service Coordinator Lead position is responsible for creating jobs, answering incoming service calls, reporting on service department jobs and completions, new contract and renewals processing, and managing overall administrative workflow for the Service Department. These functions require electronic management of parts using company business systems. In addition, this position requires supporting other personnel as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating jobs, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with the scheduling of technicians
- Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs with customers
- Use specific customer portals as needed to manage all open work orders
- Tracking open jobs and seeing them through to completion
- Process new contracts and renewals in electronic management system
- Meeting with the service operations team regularly
- Support of other Service departmental roles on an as-needed basis
- Train service team and provide guidance as needed
- Serve on a rotating on-call team to respond to emergency calls, typically every four to five weeks
Minimum Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree in related field (or equivalent experience)

COMPENSATION:
Energy Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role based in Shelton, CT is $26.39 – $36.98. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
