The Regional Sales Manager has the responsibility to develop and execute a territory management plan that can encompass reactive (bid market) and/or proactive (negotiated business) relationships to grow and achieve territory sales objectives. This role acts as the primary customer contact and territory owner; building and managing relationships, executing on new growth strategies and capturing market share.

Service Sales Representative

Job Summary: The Service Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing aftermarket parts and service business within their assigned territory. Reporting to the Branch, Manager, this role will promote the company service and parts departments to increase sales in PM agreements, equipment repairs rental equipment, fuel tank remediation and generally promote Energy Systems as the primary source for aftermarket parts and service of power generation equipment.

- Four-year college degree or equivalent industrial sales experience is required.
- 1 year cold call via phone and in person
- 1 year customer facing sales role that includes negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution
